- Metadata management (standardisation of the metadata used in the system – researched which phrases will work best for finding assets with quick and efficient searches).
- Engaged with Countries Heads to ensure consistency when locating and reusing regional assets for local transcreation.
Digital Asset Support Manager
- Resource planning and allocation. Assigning Studio Members to projects based on their skills, previous experience, or availability.
- Capacity Planning. Organizing and structuring departmental resources to schedule upcoming projects.
